YARD TEAM MEMBER
The Yard Team Member is responsible for the final movement of all precast concrete pieces at the plant. They use industrial-sized equipment to load, offload, and transfer all precast pieces. They are the final step in the precast process before getting installed at the job site.
WELD TEAM LEAD
As a welder on our Steel Team, you will be responsible for the fabrication of embeds, which are essential to the structural integrity and reinforcement of precast concrete pieces. As a Team Lead, you will help oversee the day-to-day operational tasks and ensure that your team is producing high-quality welds.
SALES AND PRECONSTRUCTION LEAD
The Sales and Preconstruction Lead plays a key role in the organization’s ability to generate income and revenue through outstanding sales experiences. They ask thoughtful questions to identify essential information and communicate clearly. This person is a strategic thinker - able to develop strategies to achieve organization goals, adapt to changing markets, and understand the business implications of their decisions.
PRODUCTION TEAM - TRADESMEN

ENGINEERING MANAGER
Are you a leader who happens to be a structural engineer? Our team is working to build an industry-leading team of engineers. Do you enjoy coaching and supporting other engineers to be their best? Do you thrive when creating systems to ensure perfection in design? The Engineering Manager will elevate our team by developing and maintaining engineering standards, and will develop processes and procedures to ensure high quality designs. The manager will also oversee and implement training, auditing, and systems calculation.
CARPENTER
The Carpenter is responsible for laying out patterns on wood stock, dividing pattern into sections as necessary, and cutting and shaping parts; trimming, sanding and shaping surfaces; assembling sections and verifying dimensions of complete patterns; seals the molds; and more!
