Bidding and design
Architects request information and samples of possible precast finishes
Invitation to Bid (ITB)
The job is awarded to ICP
Pre-production
Review the job with estimating
Get material take off from estimating
Review project specifications
Get samples approved
Submit and edit approval drawings
Submit RFIs and related specifications
Production
Coordinate with production and engineering teams
Coordinate production of the 4 x 4 and full-size panel
Coordinate with steel departments on jobsite embeds/erection hardware
Ensure production and quality control know job specific requirements
Coordinate erection sequence and schedule with production
Erection
Provide shipping directions
Coordinate sequence between general contractor, erector and shipping
Coordinate repairs as required with engineering
Schedule patching and caulking
Complete change orders
Track progress payments
Take pictures
Close out
Submit As Builts/closeout documents
Complete punch list
Complete final payment, warranty and retention
